Demi prides herself on the majority of her matters resolving without costly Court proceedings and resolving by way of negotiation or at a Mediation. However, Demi also has extensive experience as an advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Demi is a well regarded Family Lawyer in Regional Victoria by her peers across the region, as well as Melbourne.

Demi is committed to ensuring people living regionally have access to capable and experienced legal representation which motivated the establishment of Fitzgerald Rayner Law.

Demi has been a leading Family Lawyer in Bendigo for many years, and also used her time to teach law students at the Bendigo and Bundoora Campus’ of La Trobe University prior to establishing Fitzgerald Rayner Law.

Demi also regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria for Family Violence Intervention Orders.
